Malay Food of Rokan Hulu 5

Assalamu’alaikum……

How are you today?
I hope you are good and have fun with your life.
Here I take so long time to update because I am quite busy with my paper work in my college. So today I just give you the simple menu recipe. We call it menu favorite sejuta umat melayu. hahhaha

Oke let you see the recipe first

5. rebusan

Bahan : terong, labu manis, kecipir, rimbang(koro), gipang dan segala macam rebusan seperti daun singkong,kacang panjang sesuai selera
Bumbu : bawang putih ( 1 siung), daun kunyit (1 lembar), jahe (2 iris), serai ( 1 batang ), garam 1 sendok  dan ajinomoto secukupnya.





Cara memasak :                
- masukkan segala jenis bahan diatas kedalam kuali
- iris bawang putih dan bawang merah serta jahe dan serai ( ditokok)
- masukkan air secukupnya dan nyalakan api
- masakkan kan (30 menit)
- agar lebih nikmat biasanya rebusan disajikan dengan sambal ladu (lihat chapter sebelumnya cara membuat sambal ladu)
